If you choose the feedback option we’ll ask you to email an appropriate piece of work to the trainer. They will then feedback suggestions to you and ask to see the revised piece of work for a second set of comments. This process combines the convenience and efficiency of e-learning with the personal inspiration and guidance of face-to-face learning.
